After taking a15 year hiatus, Marques began writing again after discovering the author Zane and her writings. From then, his imagination took off. At 22 years old Marques began writing plenty of short stories, poems, and encouraging women self-esteem on social network sites. Marques Lewis (30 years old) was born in Newark, New Jersey and raised until 12 years old in Irvington, New Jersey. Dora and James Lewis are out of Lincolnton and Shellman, Georgia. Marques and his family moved from Irvington, New Jersey in 1997 to Leesburg, Georgia. He attended Lee County High School and graduated from Darsey Private High School with 3.0 G.P.A. Marques began writing at the age of 7 years old. He wrote his first short story, Detective David: "The Missing Toy Boat."the Dec. 10,2010 and April 6, 2012 publication short poem book, "The Poetic Lounge Vol. 2 and 3". His own poems "Weak" and "I Am A Woman" were selected. Then Marques decided that he wanted to write novels.
Tirzah J Lee currently resides in Cincinnati, Ohio. She is a signed author at True Glory Publications. She is known for her series I'm the Queen. Tirzah is currently working on bachelor degree. Tirzah discovered her passion for writing at an early age. This passion developed from poetry to fictional short stories that symbolized the hardship of living in an urban community. Tirzah writing became the driven force for her not to be a product of her environment. From little princesses to Queens Tirzah believes "life is choices", and she hopes her writing is a motivation for other young women to overcome obstacles they may face.
Linette King is a single mother of 3 beautiful children. She was Born and raised in moss point, Ms on the coast where she experienced numerous hurricanes including Katrina! She enjoys playing with her children and many nieces and nephews. Being a kid at heart, she loves bowling, skating and playing laser tag although she sucks at all of them. She has an old soul and lives in a musical past. Her crazy friends keep her grounded and focused just knowing she's not as crazy as them.
I'm from Norfolk, VA. 35 years old and of course, I like to write and watch sports. Also, I have a strong imagination, so I love to people watch to add an element of the realism to my work. I like to talk to my readers so I can have better ways of making my work better. The readers are our foundation, so I want to keep in tune with them.
Adrian Thomas is a 19 year old author known in the literary world as Adrian Thomas or Bossladee. She was born in Americus, Ga but raised in Oglethorpe and Albany, Ga. Her passion for writing stories & poetry developed at the age of 12. She used them to escape her troubling situations. Her style of writing is unique and captivating. Just recently in April she got her big break when she signed with True Glory Publications and published her first story "Money Is The Motive". Every character she creates remains instilled in her. Jessie Blade is a northern California native and graduate of Sacramento State University. Jessie is no rookie to the writing game; Jessie’s career in writing began as a teen, with short stories and poetry. Using life experience as a source for creativity, Jessie brings each character to life with a boldness that many readers crave. So much so that if you know Jessie personally and think one of the characters is you...then it probably is.
Melikia Gaino, a native of Washington, DC, is known for her urban fiction/ romance style of writing. Her passion for writing started her sophomore year of college at Johnson C. Smith University where she studied Biology. The passion and inspiration came from her friends that encouraged her to continue to write her short stories for their enjoyment. After years of creating stories, Melikia decided to self-publish one of her books in 2012. Deciding that she would like for her writing to be read by more readers, she contacted Shameek Speight and is now apart of True Glory Publication.
Melikia's style of writing touches on events that happen in everyday life: drug abuse, physical abuse, cheating, lying, death, etc. She uses a lot of characters so each reader can relate to at least one character's story and understand their struggle.

Nicole Jackson, known to the literary world as Niki Jilvontae, is a 32 year-old author and single parent of two from Memphis, TN. Nicole developed a passion for writing early on as her aunt, the late Devon Russell-Wirt, always instilled in her the importance of reading and possessing the ability to express her emotions through words. By the age of 10 Nicole had already written over 60 poems and several short stories as her passion for writing continued to grow. Her interest in children's books began in 2011 after her son was diagnosed with autism. This inspired her to write six children's books under True Glory Publications designed to teach children acceptance, understanding, and tolerance of differences. Nicole has also written two urban/drama novels under True Glory called A Broken Girl's Journey, which depicts the struggles one has to endure while growing up in the projects of Memphis. These books give you a glimpse into the harsh reality of a girl growing up in a city called "First48" due to the violence and crime its known for. Niki Jilvontae is a very descriptive and alluring writer as her books appeal to various emotions and senses, drawing you in with her vivid imagination and ability to convey her message clearly.

K.C Blaze started her literary career several years ago when she decided to challenge her writing ability. She chose to write her first urban fiction story. Robert Cost, an author from Portsmouth, Virginia has been writing poetry, music and short stories since the age of 5. In First Grade at Tanners CreekElementary, he won second place at a book story competition. That's when he was pushed by his family to write more stories, although he failed to take heed to their advice. It wasn't until Robert was 20 and serving a 10-year sentence in the penitentiary where he decided to pick up the pen again. At the time, he was gang banging and had a lot of hatred & resentment in his heart. He thought he would never make it home. With the many trials & tribulations he was going through, he used the pen as a way of expressing himself. Almost like a form of release. I Currently live in Knoxville Tennessee; I'm a God fearing, passionate, witty, urban book Writer. I have a ten book deal True Glory publication, Allow me to give you a summary of my life journey, at a young age I suffered from Dyslexia, but with perseverance and ambition, I taught myself how to read and write. Growing up in a single family house with no father figure around in the inner city on welfare. My mother was battling a drug addiction; I found myself engaging in selling drugs on the streets. A short time after that, I was arrested for Distribution of Cocaine and Possession of a firearm without a permit. While my time of Confinement I took classes to receive my G.E.D. and started reading books as a hobby, I found a passion in writing and started writing my first Novel. I have goals and Aspirations to take the book world by storm. I am the C.E.O. of my own clothing line called Steven Marcus contour, also my a Celebrity Master Barber, Photographer, A overall Entrepreneur, but first and for most, an artist in love with.
